Stockton Borough Council Local Transport Plan

Stockton Borough Council would like to know what you would like to see from the next Local Transport Plan.  The survey below is a chance to help influence the council’s strategy on how to improve our local transport system.

Stockton Borough Council works hard to improve all travel options in the Borough and they are a great partner for us here at the Hub, so please take the time to fill in the short questionnaire as your views and ideas will really help.

“Local Transport Consultation

Like all other Local Authorities in the country Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is required, by the Government, to have a Local Transport Plan (LTP) which sets out the Council’s plans and strategies for maintaining and improving all aspects of the local transport system.

The current Plan, which started in 2011, is due to end in March 2016. Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council now needs to develop the next LTP which will run from April 2016 onwards. The Council is using a number of ways to seek the views of residents from across the borough to understand what you think should be the priorities for change and improvement over the next five years.

The Council is working in partnership with NEMS Market Research to undertake part of the public consultation on our behalf. Responses to the questionnaire linked to below will be managed by NEMS Market Research who will feed analysis and results from the consultation back to the Local Transport Team.”
